The JRB1 series equipment is a single-stage double-layer homogeneous emulsion pump, which is equipped with a set of double-layer stator and double-layer rotor inside the pump chamber. The raw materials for the stator and pump chamber are subjected to multiple processes such as heat treatment and forging to eliminate internal stresses, improve material hardness and toughness, and extend equipment service life. The pump drive shaft is made of high-strength composite materials, and the parts in contact with the material are usually made of stainless steel such as 304 and 316L. The pump shaft is supported by double bearing supports in the bearing box, with high transmission efficiency and effective control of shaft vibration. The pump is typically equipped with water-cooled double end mechanical seals, and can be optionally equipped with pressure maintaining circulating cooling leak free mechanical seals. The working principle of this product is that the material enters the pump chamber from the inlet of the pump, passes through the clearance of the high-speed rotating rotor, passes through the clearance of the stator, and is discharged from the outlet of the pump chamber under the action of centrifugal force. JRB1 is suitable for working conditions that require high emulsification processing speed, good material solubility, and average emulsification effect. It can meet the requirements of short distance transportation and is usually used in conjunction with vertical high shear homogenizer emulsifiers to achieve better homogenization and emulsification effects.
